Los Sobrevivientes: Colonia Dignidad
Key art and launch campaign for Los Sobrevivientes: Colonia Dignidad, the Prime Video documentary series about the German enclave in southern Chile that hid, for decades, one of the country's darkest chapters. Five episodes, premiered September 30, 2022 in more than 240 countries and territories.
Torn paper and covered eyes: a truth that was kept hidden.
The concept is built on archival photographs of the colony, torn and reassembled like pieces of evidence, with the survivors' eyes covered by censor bars — the marks of a story that was silenced for years. The system travels from the master key art to every 16:9, 4:5 and social format of the launch.

AI to bring the archive back to life — in 2022, still a novelty.
The only visual sources were low-resolution archival photos. We used AI-based upscaling to recover definition and detail so the images could hold up at campaign sizes, while keeping the grain and imperfections that make them feel real. In 2022 this was an unusual step in a key art pipeline; today it is standard practice.
